• Pager connects you with care to treat your urgent care needs including, but not limited to: Urinary Tract Infection, Upper Respiratory Infection, Strep Throat, Fever, Bronchitis, Influenza, Cold, Nausea, Back Pain, Rashes, Burns, Allergy and Asthma.
• Clinicians cannot prescribe narcotics or scheduled drugs.
• Clinicians should not be solicited for emergency care. Please call 911 in case of an emergency.
• Please contact your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for follow-up care.

• Clinicians treat adults and children 6 months and older.
• Adults can request on the behalf of children, but not on behalf of another adult (such as a partner, spouse, friend or parent). Adults must request care for themselves.

• Pager offers services for children 6 months and older.
• If available in your area, you can chat with a clinician to schedule a visit for your child.

Pager and our partners work with board-certified doctors, registered nurses, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners. Clinicians are independently verified and credentialed to ensure quality care in the communities we serve.

• A clinician will let you know at the time of your visit if you require additional services or treatment. You can accept or decline the additional care.
• Referrals to other health care providers or institutions is at the discretion of the clinician.
• We do not provide referrals for insurance and reimbursement.

Pager currently accepts some insurance plans. Chat with a nurse to see what is covered under your plan.

You will be charged a $10 cancellation fee if you cancel your visit. If the clinician has to cancel your visit, you will not be charged a fee.
